School of Medieval Combat

Workout clothing including appropriate athletic shoes.

A hoodie or pullover is recommended.

A water bottle that is easily identifiable.

Either an athletic cup or a chest protector depending on your individual needs.

A willingness to push yourself outside of your comfort zone.

A highly structured 12-week course on the use of the longsword based on the teachings of Johannes Liechtenauer by a HEMA Alliance certified instructor.

 

We will meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm at IPA gym located at 4240 25th Avenue Northeast, Suite A, Salem.
